Peachtree Nephrology is seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our physicians in an office setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians with patient exams, procedures, and treatments
- Prepare patients for exams and procedures, including taking vital signs and updating medical records
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient communication
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a healthcare field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
