Additional Duties
In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also support program management in evaluating new work and processes, as well as participate in layered process audits and internal ISO/TS 16949 audits.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in electronic or mechanical engineering or equivalent, along with at least 5 years' related experience or prior experience in a manufacturing environment. You should possess mechanical hands-on expertise on press equipment, ability to read and understand electrical and pneumatic prints, basic knowledge of PLCs and HMI systems, and clear understanding of Lean principles and tools. Welding experience is a plus.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
