Mechanical Engineer for Product Development

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, prototyping, and testing new sheave concepts based on specific requirements. You will also collaborate with other engineers to provide technical solutions for moderately complex design problems assigned by senior engineers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop new sheave concepts using CAD software such as SolidWorks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Conduct FEA to validate designs and ensure manufacturability.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET-accredited school. A minimum of three years' experience in designing with bearings, shafts, and other machine elements or rotating equipment is required. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of fundamental engineering concepts from statics and mechanics of materials.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary range of $72,000 - $102,000 depending on qualifications.
