Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer III to join our team at ICONMA, LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading manufacturing process improvements, variability reduction, defect reduction, process control, throughput improvements, and 6-Sigma initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement Leadership: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Engineering Tools and Methodologies: Utilize engineering tools and methodologies such as 6-Sigma, TRIZ, KT-PA, and M to drive process improvements and innovation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration to achieve process improvement goals.
  • Process Control and Optimization: Develop and implement process control strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce variability.
  • Throughput Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing throughput and implement strategies to achieve significant gains.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of process engineering principles, tools, and methodologies; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
