This Pharmaceutical company with a fully integrated Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) platform, supports small to large scale manufacturing operations in Over-the-Counter (OTC) products such as liquids, creams, and ointments.

This business is incredibly driven in their efforts to expand both sides of the business, expecting to market a portfolio of their own products and increasing their Contract Manufacturing capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of the Quality Control Analytical Lab, including team leadership, budgeting activities, and management of the Stability Program for Drug Products.
  • Leadership and development of a high-performing team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Development and implementation of quality control strategies to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
