Internal Communications Coordinator

About this Role
">We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Coordinator to join our Employee Experience and Communications department at Wynn Las Vegas. This key position will provide critical administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing and publishing content on our employee intranet site, distributing and auditing daily pre-shift messaging, and managing our storytelling program. Additionally, they will schedule photo and video shoots, track department project requests, and maintain department budget logs.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage employees.
- Create and distribute engaging content on various platforms.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to ensure efficient communication.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in internal communications or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Benefits:
