We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Full-time Weekend Social Worker to join our team at Haven Behavioral Healthcare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with mental health and substance abuse issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate assigned patients to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions to promote positive outcomes.
  • Function as the primary contact for treatment and discharge planning, ensuring seamless transitions for patients.
  • Promote a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to facility policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with the treatment team to ensure safe, quality care is provided to all patients.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health Field.
  • Full clinical licensure preferred.
  • Two years of experience working with clinical multidisciplinary teams, with at least one year of experience working with behavioral health populations in an acute care setting.
  • Clinical training in evidenced-based treatment modalities, including individual, group, and family interventions.
