Full-Time Weekend Behavioral Health Specialist

Haven Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a skilled Full-Time Weekend Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating assigned patients, conducting individual, family, and/or group therapy, and promoting implementation of therapeutic milieu and daily program schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate assigned patients to develop effective treatment plans.
- Conduct individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions to promote patient growth and development.
- Function as the primary contact for treatment and discharge planning to ensure seamless patient care.
- Promote implementation of therapeutic milieu and daily program schedule to create a safe and efficient working environment.
- Maintain a safe and efficient working and treatment environment per facility policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the treatment team to ensure safe, quality care is provided to all patients.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Health Field.
- Full clinical licensure preferred.
- Two years of experience working with clinical multidisciplinary teams.
- Two years of Social work experience with at least one year experience working with behavioral health populations in an acute care setting.
- Clinical training in evidenced-based treatment modalities including individual, group and family interventions.
