- Drill holes for screws, bolts, or rivets, and install sheet metal with supportive frameworks.
- Field fabricate or alter parts to meet site requirements, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Sketch duct fittings and maneuver large sheet metal ducts and parts, showcasing mechanical aptitude.
- Fasten joints of ducts together for a complete heating, cooling, and ventilation system, ensuring a high level of quality.
- Lift up to 50 pounds, demonstrating physical stamina and endurance.
- Enforce safety rules and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment.
- Guide other employees as needed, showcasing leadership and teamwork skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- HVAC sheet metal and installation experience, with a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- OSHA 10 Certifications desired, with the ability to read and understand blueprints.
- PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of the construction industry and documentation, working knowledge of federal, state, and city regulations and guidelines, familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, and ability to operate forklift and/or scissor lift.

- Be self-motivated and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
