Job Summary:
Eau Gallie Electric is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager for our Service Division. Our Service Division provides electrical, solar, and generator solutions across Brevard county. We are looking for a General Manager to take our Service Division to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning & Execution: Review existing performance of the Service Division across utilization, profitability, leads, and sales; develop and implement a strategic plan to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Strong Communication and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple departments and ensure customer expectations are met. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, customers, and suppliers.
- Coordination and Communication: ensure effective communication among the team in the field and department managers including subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure the broader vision, mission, and goals of Eau Gallie Electric flow out across the entire division.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, implement process improvement projects to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement measures that increase profitability.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
- Customer Relations: Act as a final escalation point for any customer issues that require immediate and decisive resolution.
- 10 years of leadership experience managing service departments
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Competitive Annual Salary with a bonus: Pay for performance bonuses paid quarterly (based on the profitability of your division)
