Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
- Experience with Toyota vehicles is preferred.

- Tuition Reimbursement for Automotive Technology Students or Recent Graduates
- Execute repairs as outlined in the service order efficiently and in line with dealership standards.
- Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools to assess vehicle systems.
- Diagnose and repair automotive systems including but not limited to engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about additional services required.
- Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
- Coordinate with the parts department to procure necessary components.
- Document all services performed accurately on the repair order.
- Participate in training programs sponsored by the manufacturer as directed by management.
- Stay updated on technical bulletins from manufacturers.
- Maintain cleanliness of customer vehicles and notify service advisors of any changes in condition.
- Keep the workshop organized and tidy.
- Be responsible for dealership-owned tools and manuals, ensuring they are returned in good condition.
- Comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including those related to hazardous waste disposal and safety.
- Operate all tools and equipment safely and report any safety concerns to management.
- All candidates must pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests.
