Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Support Specialist, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage participation in community activities and hobbies
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized support plans
Requirements
  • No high school diploma required
  • No experience required
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Competitive pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
