Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily living support, including personal care and hygiene
  • Assist with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Support individuals with complex needs, including behavioral challenges
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Work collaboratively with a team to provide comprehensive support

Requirements
  • No high school diploma required
  • No experience required
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
