Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Assistant to join our team at Bethesda, a top-rated skilled nursing facility in Minnesota. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide personalized care to each resident, promoting their dignity and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to maintain a safe and supportive environment
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • CNA certification or willingness to become certified within 4 months of employment
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, overnights, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
