Job Description:
The Assembly Operations Manager - East Plant will be responsible for overseeing the assembly operations at our East Plant location. This includes supervising a team of employees, managing production schedules, and ensuring that all products meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of employees in the assembly department
- Manage production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our standards
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production and delivery of products
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary materials are available
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering)
- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software
