Job Summary

COMANCO is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee the information technology operations of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the technology infrastructure, leading the overall technological direction of the organization, and ensuring the security and integrity of all company data, networks, and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Technology department by directing daily operations, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines.
  • Develop network maintenance and growth plans, manage IT assets through IT Inventory Management, and lead large IT projects.
  • Monitor the performance of information technology systems, make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure, and collaborate with departmental managers to determine network maintenance and growth needs.
  • Evaluate new technologies, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensure timely resolution of user issues, and maintain and replace computer hardware and software according to industry best practices.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights, and manage the corporate security system.
  • Stay updated on changing network technology and provide a monthly technology update to the executive team.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, excellent project management and prioritization skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive company and employee data. A working knowledge of current and emerging software and technology is essential, as well as the ability to obtain and maintain certifications as required.
