Bartender

Experience the Art of Mixology

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at the Omni Mount Washington Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating memorable experiences, and showcasing your expertise in mixology.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain a clean, efficient bar, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Approach and greet guests with a warm smile, making them feel welcome and valued.
• Take and deliver orders with precision and attention to detail, ensuring timely service.
• Check back with guests regularly to ensure their satisfaction and make recommendations.
• Service the bar, clean and clear service areas, and assist departing guests with a positive attitude.
• Present, open, decant, and serve wine and Champagne with confidence and expertise.

Qualifications:

• Prior bartending experience is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
