As a Bartender at Omni Hotels, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests. Your primary duties will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and adhere to all liquor liability laws and regulations.
• Have a thorough knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines, and be able to make recommendations to guests.
• Restock the bar with all essential products and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
• Properly set up and break down the bar area and service station, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Serve properly mixed and proportioned drinks to guests and servers, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
• Monitor the intake of alcohol of guests and ensure that they are not over-serving.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as kegs and cases of beverages.
