About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team at the Omni Mount Washington Resort. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience for all.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and local regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work collaboratively with the banquet team to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage garnishes, and overall beverage service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
