Job Summary
We are looking for German-speaking customer service representatives to work in our Lisbon office. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support via phone, email, or live chat. You will work closely with our clients to resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in German via phone, email, or live chat
- Handle and process customer inquiries and complaints
- Document and maintain customer data
- Escalate complex issues to specialized departments
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Willingness to live and work in Portugal for at least one year
- Fluent in German and good command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in telephone customer service is a plus
