Neuro Intermediate Registered Nurse

ProMedica Toledo Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse - Neuro Intermediate to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse - Neuro Intermediate will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the nursing care provided to patients. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR training.
- Specialty certifications as required.
- BSN preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
