RN / Registered Nurse - Neuro Intermediate - Full Time - Nights

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Intermediate team at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care provided to a group of patients. You will lead the nursing team members in the care as directed by the attending physician and in collaboration with other health care providers.
Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and make decisions based on patient and family-centered care philosophy.
- Provide education to patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the electronic health record.
- Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
- Current CPR training.
- Specialty certifications as required.
- BSN preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
