Key Responsibilities:

  • Academic Affairs Coordination: Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Clinical Education Administration, the coordinator will facilitate the dissemination of essential steps and gather data from students for numerous clinical placement evaluations each year. Proficiency in software platforms such as Qualtrics, Google Docs, and various electronic evaluation systems is essential. The coordinator will also ensure compliance by enrolling students in mandatory annual training programs.
  • Student Support: The coordinator will provide guidance to students regarding clinical placement prerequisites and preparation processes. Utilizing a range of databases, the coordinator will initiate necessary administrative tasks, including background checks and drug testing, while maintaining clear communication with relevant personnel.
  • Database Management: The role involves the upkeep of a comprehensive student information database that contains critical data for clinical sites across multiple graduate programs. This database is vital for optimizing placement processes and fostering collaborative relationships with clinical partners.
  • Additional Administrative Duties: Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the Office of Clinical Education.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree is required.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
