Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Therapy Clinician to join our team at the Center for Human Development. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work with adults, transitional aged youth, and families to provide trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initial Intake Assessments
  • Individual Therapy
  • Group Therapy
  • Creating treatment plans, safety plans, and care coordination based on needs
  • Complete documentation on time, Triage and short-term outpatient care

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or related field
  • LCSW, LICSW or LMHC strongly preferred
  • Experience with individual, family, and group therapy, crisis intervention, and substance use preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish individuals encouraged to apply

Benefits:

  • FFS rate of pay $36 - $50 per unit, based on licensure and years of experience
  • FFS staff are paid for supervision, CHD required training, and staff meetings
