Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Table Service: Greet members at table, present menu, and provide detailed information upon request.
  • Order Taking: Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips, or tablets.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and drink orders in a safe and timely manner, ensuring proper service techniques are followed.
  • Communication: Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff properly through the POS, and communicate with managers on any special situations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to members, maintaining a well-groomed, polished image and a professional appearance.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu, and service specifications for reservations or parties.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced dining establishment.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of customer service, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
