The role of Senior Plumbing Designer / Engineer requires you to manage complex projects, evaluate engineering techniques, meet schedules and budgets, and direct staff.

Your responsibilities include meeting with clients and contractors, programming and designing systems, interpreting engineering data, and monitoring project schedules and budgets.

You will also review codes, establish contact with clients, visit projects, coordinate work with other disciplines, and prepare project status reports.

This position involves writing specifications, performing duties as needed, and ensuring the Construction Services Department is familiar with project characteristics.

To be successful, you need a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, 10 years experience, and computer skills using MS Office or similar software.

Preferred qualifications include being a Registered Professional Engineer, having healthcare or science experience, and interest in sustainable design/LEED.
