About the Role

CMTA is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Administrator to join our team of engineering professionals in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project specifications and oversee contract and construction documents.
  • Participate in creating and maintaining specification masters.
  • Oversee bid document production and schedules for 'Prime' projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction administration within the Architectural, Engineering, or Construction field.
  • Knowledgeable of CSI MasterFormat; CDT Certification a plus.
  • Experience with MasterSpec, VisiSpec, SpecLink, or other spec editing platforms.

Salary Information
