Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct case management services, crisis intervention, skills training, and documentation within required timelines.
  • Provide individual counseling and medication monitoring, and participate in meetings and quality improvement initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least two years of experience in mental health.
  • Relevant education, training, or experience in mental health services.
  • Mental Health Professional (MHP) designation.
  • Valid driver's license.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong written communication skills for accurate documentation.
  • Excellent organizational and computer proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in conducting individual, family, and group counseling.

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients, families, and community groups.
  • Familiarity with court proceedings and availability for court appearances on behalf of clients.
  • Participate actively as a member of the Clinical Team in meetings and activities.
  • Uphold confidentiality in accordance with professional standards and legal requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Exemplify positive guest relations while representing the organization.

Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts

  • Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Days: Monday through Friday
