Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at Carbon Health. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to the ongoing development of our EHR system.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals. Manage patient flow effectively, ensure timely communication with patients and families, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Must possess a Medical/Master's degree, certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, and valid state licensure. Proven experience in family medicine or a related field, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.

What We Offer
A competitive salary range of $141,440 - $176,800 per year, plus an additional bonus potential up to 18% of yearly salary for meeting performance targets.
