**Job Summary**

BSA LifeStructures is seeking a seasoned Architecture Leader to support and guide our firm's Principals in client selection and project pursuits within the Healing (Healthcare) practice. This role is crucial for positioning BSA LifeStructures as a leading industry player and driving our continued success in the market.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage the Healing practice, ensuring accountability and strategic growth.
  • Pursue and secure large projects over $80M, achieving revenue targets and maintaining high proposal and interview success rates.
  • Collaborate with Principals to identify key opportunities, select clients strategically for long-term success, and sustain relationships with top-tier clients.
  • Develop and promote practice-related content, elevate the firm's national presence through speaking engagements and publications, and work with the president to build a national platform for expertise delivery and revenue growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, engage in continuous education, and mentor colleagues.

**Requirements**

  • Accredited Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
  • Professional Licensure in Architecture, with an NCARB certificate preferred.
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus in healthcare projects.
