We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service to become part of our front desk team. The front desk is the heart of the hotel, where most guest interactions occur. Your role is vital to enhancing our guests' overall experience.


Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in process, managing payments, sharing local insights, and focusing on the details that contribute to a smooth and enjoyable stay.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the check-in and check-out processes in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Provide guests with information regarding hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or guests, and accurately relay messages.
  • Handle room reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, coordinating with other departments to meet special requests.
  • Perform cashier duties, including processing payments and posting charges to guest accounts.
  • Notify housekeeping and maintenance of any issues reported by guests.
  • Adhere to security protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Front Office area.

Additional Duties:

  • Be prepared to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the business.
  • Comply with all hotel policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to maintain composure and make sound decisions in challenging situations.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds, and perform various physical tasks as needed.


Work Environment:
Work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting while interacting with a diverse range of guests and staff. Flexibility in work schedules is essential.
