We are seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Service Technician to join our team at T & T Moore Enterprises Corporation.

**Job Overview:**

As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, servicing, repairing, modifying, and replacing fire sprinkler systems for new and existing customers on a scheduled basis.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Servicing fire sprinkler systems to prescribed standards;
  • Performing on-site emergency troubleshooting and repairs of customer's fire sprinkler systems;
  • Identifying code and non-conformance issues as well as knowledge and understanding of NFPA codes for inspection, testing, and installation;
  • Preparing accurate and timely service tickets and reports;
  • Duties may also include the installation of new fire sprinkler systems, including measuring, drilling, gluing, pipe, valves, fittings, risers, and sprinkler heads;
  • Interface with customers and homeowners to provide excellent and professional service while in the field;
  • Maintaining all standard operating procedures and quality control measures of the company;
  • Complying with all applicable safety policies and codes;
  • Maintaining tools, equipment, shop, and work areas in the best possible condition for maximum production and safety;
  • Performing required administrative tasks; preparing all required reports and correspondence in a timely manner;

**Requirements:**

  • A current driver's license and driving record that meets company standards;
  • Knowledge of NFPA Code and fire sprinkler principles (preferred);
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret schematics and blueprints;
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm;
  • Acute attention to detail;
  • Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance;

  • Ability to perform the physical labor necessary;

**Salary and Benefits:**

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) match, employee assistance program, and more.

  • Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions;
  • Ownership of vehicle and 'Tools of the Trade' required.
