Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Ascension All Saints Hospital in Racine, WI. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing skilled specimen collections, and being the face of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood samples from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary techniques
  • Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
  • Enter patient information into our system accurately and efficiently
  • Provide superior customer service to patients and their families
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency preferred
  • Previous experience as a phlebotomist required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
