Job Title: Front Office Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate the switchboard and handle incoming and outgoing calls
* Provide general clerical assistance, including typing and photocopying
* Maintain a daily log of incoming and outgoing calls
* Greet and assist patients and visitors
* Preserve confidentiality and maintain a professional atmosphere
* Assist with other duties as assigned by the Office Manager

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or G.E.D.
* Knowledge of customer service and switchboard operations
* Bi-lingual preferred
* Experience working with the general public
* Pleasant personality and good attitude
