Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to join our team as Senior Director, US Brand Lead - Ophthalmology. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the commercialization of SYFOVRE (pegcetacoplan) and make a significant impact for patients and the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing US marketing team to develop and implement strategic and tactical programs for SYFOVRE.
  • Develop and execute a vision and plan for the commercialization of SYFOVRE in Geographic Atrophy, secondary to AMD in the US market.
  • Cultivate collaboration and accountability across key cross-functional teams to deliver on all elements of the plan.
  • Work closely with field team counterparts and gain insights for these teams.
  • Breed a culture of patient-focus and physician-centricity throughout the organization.
  • Think holistically about the business and closely monitor performance against key metrics.
  • Effectively socialize brand strategy and core marketing activities across all levels of the organization.
  • Develop professional relationships and contacts with physician experts and KOLs.
  • Ensure that policies, procedures, and infrastructure for compliance, legal, and regulatory are in place to support US marketing execution.
  • Drive efficient and thoughtful stewardship of marketing team budget.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of biotech/pharma experience, predominantly in marketing roles of increasing scope and responsibility.
  • Ophthalmology-Retina experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a buy and bill environment is preferred.
