Systems Engineer - EVONA
As a pivotal member of our innovative team, you will be tasked with the design and development of Electric Propulsion Units for advanced aircraft. Your role will encompass system processes, requirements gathering, flow down, and verification and validation (V&V) activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, integrate, and validate electric propulsion systems
- Develop testing protocols for both bench and engine cell evaluations
- Conduct verification activities based on established requirements
- Draft Test Request documents, Verification Test Reports, and Traceability Matrices
- Engage with teams, clients, and suppliers on requirements, validation, and verification processes
- Facilitate validation and verification efforts
- Oversee changes in requirements and address any conflicts
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems, Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in systems engineering within aerospace or other safety-critical sectors
- Proficiency with engineering tools and programming languages
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication abilities
- Experience in conflict resolution
