"We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Team Lead to oversee the daily activities of our Hardware Asset Management (HAM) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of hardware asset records within ServiceNow and other Asset Management Repositories.">Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day HAM team activities to execute hardware asset management processes
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of hardware asset records within ServiceNow and other Asset Management Repositories
  • Identify requirements for process improvements and implement changes as needed

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in hardware asset management, with a proven track record of managing medium to large teams of asset management analysts and specialists. They will also possess expertise in ServiceNow Asset Management Enterprise, HAMPro, and ITIL v4 Foundations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in hardware asset management
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Asset Management Enterprise, HAMPro, and ITIL v4 Foundations
  • Experience in managing medium to large teams of asset management analysts and specialists
