Job Title: Canvass Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Canvass Manager to lead our innovative canvassing program in the North East Philadelphia, PA area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of canvassers who will engage with voters in their communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project leadership to implement a successful door-to-door canvassing operation.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers, including remote training and post-packet debriefings.
  • Work with the project's Training Director to develop and improve the remote training program.
  • Manage a team of canvassers to meet ambitious recruitment, hiring, training, and canvassing goals.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Access to a strong internet connection, reliable computer, and cell phone.
  • Strong desire to help turn out Democratic voters.
  • Working knowledge of VoteBuilder and MiniVAN preferred.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $60,000 to $66,000 per year.
  • Full-time, exempt position with a schedule of 40 or more hours per week.
  • Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team.
