This role will involve conducting assessments for hospice patients and their caregivers to identify their spiritual needs, ensuring timely provision of spiritual services, and providing direct spiritual services to patients and families according to their belief system and practice.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in theology or a related field, completed Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) units, and experience working with death and dying, terminal individuals, and their families or caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct spiritual assessments for hospice patients and their caregivers
- Ensure timely provision of spiritual services
- Provide direct spiritual services to patients and families

- Provide bereavement services for patient families
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in theology or a related field
- Completed CPE units
