About The Position

The Rockridge Group is seeking a highly skilled CyberCSI Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, picking up, dropping off, or maintaining desktop computer hardware and peripherals at our customer repair facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to dispatched assignments, ensuring timely completion.
  • Prioritize tasks to maximize job efficiency.
  • Update the status of all work performed on any service job.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding job status.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Dexterity with keyboards, keypads, and test equipment.
  • Constant viewing of computer monitor screens.
  • Knowledge of Macintosh and PC computer operating systems.
  • Xerox certification a plus.
