Synopsis

A senior-level Electronic Security Systems Field Technician is sought after to join our team at WilsonHCG. This position involves installing, configuring, and maintaining electronic security systems, performing system upgrades, and providing expert-level technical support and training.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure that electronic security systems are installed, configured, and maintained according to federal standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to deliver high-quality security solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and federal clients.
Prerequisites
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic security systems, with a focus on RS2 AccessIt software.
  • Certifications: An RS2 AccessIt Professional Certification (or equivalent) is required, and an RS2 AccessIt Certified Expert (ACE) Certification is preferred.
  • Skills: A strong understanding of federal security regulations and standards, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $100,000 - $120,000, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for career growth, minimum 2 training classes annually, 30% Employee Ownership, and a 401k match program.
