About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled PC Depot Engineer II to join our team at R3 LLC. As a key member of our client services team, you will play a critical role in delivering best-in-class solutions for our clients' IT needs.

Responsibilities
  • Hardware and Software Support: Provide hands-on support for computer hardware, software, and peripherals, including setup, modification, and repair.
  • Desktop Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop applications, systems, and peripherals.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for client and internal hardware and software assets.
  • Documentation: Record technical issues and solutions in logs, and maintain documentation related to client PC setups.
  • Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Hardware and Software Knowledge: Familiarity with hardware upgrades and repairs, including memory upgrades, hard drive swaps, and other internal PC components.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Education and Certifications: A minimum of one technical certification, such as A+ or an Associate's Degree related to Computer Science/IT or working towards a degree related to Computer Science/IT.
