We are seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to contribute to the execution of our U.S. marketing strategy and enhance our business presence in the United States. This role will assist the marketing lead in a variety of marketing functions, including trade shows, channel marketing, digital outreach, advertising, content development, and performance reporting. Event marketing experience is essential, with a strong focus on channel and brand promotion. Key Responsibilities

  • Event Marketing: Collaborate with the U.S. team and channel partners to execute both in-person and virtual events, employing comprehensive pre-and-post marketing communication strategies.
    • Develop engaging content for social media to promote events.
    • Create a targeted marketing database for email, mail, and web-based communications.
    • Design and deliver PowerPoint presentations for clients, speaking engagements, and internal communications.
    • Establish tracking and evaluation processes using CRM systems to monitor performance and potential ROI.
    • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for event logistics, including planning, material handling, and travel arrangements.
  • Channel Marketing: Work closely with channel partners to devise effective co-marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Craft and implement brand positioning and strategy for partner marketing across various channels.
    • Develop channel-specific strategies aligned with upcoming product launches.
    • Define measurement plans and frameworks to align with campaign objectives, utilizing data-driven methodologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
    • Identify opportunities for collaboration across U.S. and global teams to streamline strategies and drive success.
  • Content Development: Assist in the creation of award applications, press releases, and both long and short-form blog content.
  • Digital Marketing: Support the execution of SEO/SEM strategies, media, and trade advertising initiatives.
  • Marketing Assets: Aid in the adaptation and development of marketing materials, including video production, product brochures, and case studies.
  • Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of data-driven monthly activity reports for global and regional teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in B2B marketing and event management, preferably with corporate brands.
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of B2B marketing and communications.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute large-scale events.
  • Experience in coordinating with diverse external partners and internal departments.
  • Ability to conceptualize and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the capacity to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
  • Competence in defining and tracking performance metrics.
  • A passion for technology, an interest in robotics, and knowledge of supply chain and logistics are advantageous.
