LPN Wound Care Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled LPN Wound Care Specialist to join our team at Henry County Medical Center.
Responsibilities:
* Provide wound care and treatment to patients
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
* Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
* Develop and implement education plans for patients and families
Requirements:
* Current LPN license in Tennessee
* Minimum of 20 years of age
* Ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team
Education & Training:
* Licensed Practical Nurse license to practice in the State of Tennessee
* Ability to write, read, and speak the English language
Licenses & Certification:
* Current LPN license in Tennessee, Kentucky, or as appropriate through the Compact State Licensure criteria/qualifications
Work Environment:
* Henry County Medical Center
