The Advanced Wound Care Specialist role revolves around making a profound impact on people's health and well-being on a daily basis.

As a crucial member of the Advanced Wound Management (AWM) team, you will collaborate with hospitals, focusing on wound care/ostomy nurses, materials management, and other key stakeholders to provide top-tier solutions like Allevyn, LEAF, and other products for a wide range of wound injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed territory sales objectives utilizing exceptional sales skills, territory management expertise, and strong customer relationships.
  • Educate end-users on the clinical benefits of Smith & Nephew products.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to key customers and customer groups, as well as conduct product lunches and dinners for identified customer segments.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and thought leaders.

Requirements for Success:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B, direct selling, or medical sales experience.
  • A proven track record of effectively presenting key concepts and recommendations to customers in formal and informal settings.
  • Strong analytical skills, including pipeline management, territory analysis, and territory management. Proven success with complex sales processes.
  • Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision-makers within an account.
  • Professional training program experience (i.e., Challenger Selling).
