Job Summary

U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Injection Molding Technician III to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily operation of molding machines and ensuring the production of high-quality parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot molding equipment, including molding machines, dryers, and grinders.
  • Ensure the quality of produced parts and train others on quality control procedures.
  • Pull and set molds, and train others on mold setup and operation.
  • Navigate PLC systems to change robot setup and train others on PLC operation.
  • Check moisture content of materials and train others on moisture testing.
  • Operate small quality testing equipment, such as calipers and micrometers, and train others on equipment operation.
  • Maintain molds, including cleaning and date stamping, and train others on mold maintenance.
  • Perform basic molding machine maintenance and train others on maintenance procedures.
  • Troubleshoot issues with molding machines and train others on troubleshooting techniques.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and train others on blueprint reading.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Five or more years of related experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work weekends as needed, with 24-hour notice.
