Job Summary

Mission Critical Solutions (MCS) of Tampa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our electrical services division, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of electrical systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and direction to electrical staff, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage electrical projects from start to finish, including designing and implementing work schedules, inspecting and assessing work quality, and troubleshooting system failures.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of industrial and commercial electrical systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex electrical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Journeyman's license and ability to obtain a Florida State JLA Badge.
  • Experience: 7+ years of commercial electrical experience, with 2+ years of site supervision experience and 2+ years of project management experience managing projects over $4,000,000.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work well in a team environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Physical Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights.
  • Environmental Conditions: Work in a variety of environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, with exposure to extreme temperatures, dust, and other hazardous conditions.
Travel Requirements

MCS of Tampa requires all employees to be flexible and willing to travel as needed, with occasional overnight stays and weekend work.
