Informatics Systems Specialist for Revenue Cycle Excellence

At Rutland Regional Medical Center, we are seeking an exceptional Informatics Analyst Educator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in informatics and education to drive excellence in the Revenue Cycle department.
About the RoleThis onsite position requires a highly skilled individual with a strong understanding of all aspects of the Revenue Cycle department and HIM software application/solution design, testing, and implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing dedicated and specialized informational and technical support to staff and leadership, enhancing productivity through timely reporting and development of metrics.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years of Revenue Cycle experience, including advanced end-user roles or related system informatics experience
- 2 years of HIM experience
- Experience with HIM software application/solution design, testing, and implementation required
- Demonstrated understanding of all integral components of HIM
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint) required
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Strong medical knowledge base
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to relate regulations to Revenue Cycle IT issues
The salary range for this role is $51,420.00 - $82,100.00 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
