Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in servicing and installing fire alarm systems. A valid Fire Alarm Technician license in MA is required, with additional consideration given to those licensed in both MA and RI. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • System Testing: Program, inspect, test, and adjust systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Repairs and Adjustments: Clean, calibrate, and troubleshoot systems, ensuring timely repairs that reduce emergency service calls and minimize callbacks.
  • System Installation: Assist with the startup of new systems, making necessary adjustments for proper functionality.
  • Safety and Cost Efficiency: Complete all work in a safe manner and within assigned cost limits.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure compliance with regulations.

We offer an estimated salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
