Service Valet Porter Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Valet Porter to join our team at Northside Lexus. As a Service Valet Porter, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Welcome Customers: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our customers as they arrive at our service drive.
  • Assess and Document Vehicle Damage: Thoroughly inspect and document any damage to our customers' vehicles before taking possession.
  • Parking and Vehicle Retrieval: Safely park and retrieve vehicles for our customers, ensuring their vehicles are secure and ready for their return.
  • Support the Lexus Advisor Team: Collaborate with our Lexus Advisor team to meet the needs of our customers and provide a seamless experience.
  • Quality Inspections and Custodial Duties: Perform quality inspections on loaner cars and assist with custodial duties as assigned, such as stocking the lobby with customer beverages.
Requirements:
  • Professional Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work professionally and courteously with customers.
  • English Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate in English.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with one to three months of related experience and/or training.
